Placing an order

  • Orders placed via the online shop are processed Mon-Fri 9.00-16.00.
  • Orders can be paid for securely using Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor and Coop).

Payment is made outside the e-shop environment via Maksekeskus AS. Rae Kivitehehas OÜ is the controller of personal data. The personal data necessary for the execution of payments are transmitted to the processor Maksekeskus AS.

Entry into force of the sales contract

With the contract of sale of the Goods, online shop undertakes to deliver to the Consumer the Goods that are available, manufactured or to be acquired by online shop in the future and to enable the transfer of ownership to the Consumer, while the Consumer undertakes to pay online shop the amount indicated on the invoice for the Goods and to accept the Goods.

Orders that have not been paid for will be cancelled 14 days after the order has been placed.

Receipt of goods

Right of return

After receipt of the order, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the e-shop without giving any reason within 14 days. The standard withdrawal form is available on the website of the online shop

Partial returns are generally not allowed unless otherwise agreed.

The right of return does not apply to products that are not in the product range of, that have been ordered in advance or that have been made on the basis of a special order (including products that have been cut to size at the customer’s request) and to items that have been used.

In the event of deterioration of the item to be returned, the Consumer shall be liable for the depreciation of the item due to the use of the item only if he has used the item in a way other than that necessary to ascertain its nature, characteristics and functioning. In order to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of an article, the Consumer should handle and use the article only as he would normally be allowed to do in a shop.

The consumer must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he/she has returned or handed over the goods to the logistics company within the aforementioned period.

The online shop will refund the cost of the goods upon receipt of the application to the consumer no later than 14 days.

Unquantifiable force

The online shop is not liable for damages caused to the Customer or for delay in delivery of the goods if the damage or delay in delivery of the goods is caused by circumstances that the online shop could not influence or foresee.

Processing of personal data

Complaints procedure

The online shop is liable for the non-conformity of the goods sold to the Consumer with the terms of the contract or for defects that occur within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the Consumer.

In the event of a defect, the consumer has the right to contact the online shop within two months at the latest, submitting the invoice on the basis of which the purchase was paid for.

In case of a defect in the goods, please stop using the goods.

The repair or replacement of defective goods shall be agreed between the online shop and the Consumer. The cost of the repair is covered by the company offering the warranty repair for the given product or, in the absence of such a company, by the online shop

The online shop is not liable for any defects in the product caused by the Consumer as a result of improper storage or improper use of the product.

In the event of non-conformity or defects of the product, please send a complaint to the e-mail address, indicating the name of the person placing the order, the contact telephone number, the order number and a precise description of the non-conformity or defect. If possible, please include photos of the shortcomings.

Complaints concerning non-compliance or defects must be lodged within two months of the date of discovery of the non-compliance or defect.

All complaints will be reviewed and the Consumer will be contacted as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the complaint.

The consumer has the right to demand that the online shop reduce the purchase price or terminate the contract and claim a refund for the goods if the online shop is unable to repair or replace the goods, the repair or replacement of the goods fails, the online shop has not remedied the defect within a reasonable period of time, the consumer has been caused unreasonable inconvenience.

Consumer’s right to apply to the Consumer Complaints Commission

If the Online Shop has refused to resolve the Consumer’s complaint or if the Consumer does not agree with the solution offered by the Online Shop and considers that his/her rights have been violated or his/her interests have been harmed, the Consumer may lodge a complaint with the Consumer Complaints Commission via the Consumer Protection Board or with the courts.
